Sakura flower is well-known all over the world and was known by Hoian People from the opening day of Sakura Restaurant & Bar. Hoian, the land of more than 2,000 Japanese people lived 300 years ago and now there is still a Japanese bridge in a historic spot of Hoian. Hoian people are very proud of the bridge not only because it is japanese, but because it shows a connection in relationship between Vietnam and Japan. With this though in mind, Sakura restaurant and bar was opened with a wish to remain a little Japan in centre of ancient town.

The owner of Restaurant is Japanese, named Mr. Horiki Yasuo, who has had many famous restaurants and Bars in Japan and overseas in America and Italy. Sakura is the first restaurant in Vietnam-Hoian with a wish to share a nice flavor of foods and a peaceful feeling with others.
Sakura restaurant ( Hoa anh Dao) is located on 119-121 Nguyen Thai Hoc street, one of the most happening streets in Hoian, also called " Foot street". With a wonderful landscape and capacity of over 180 seats in including stairs, plus a balcony terrace over looking the river, Sakura is well known as great place in the ancient area of Hoian - where many activities of traditional music and game happen. Vietnamese seafood food is the main offer here, also Japanese foods and some European styles and specialty of Hoian foods are also available.
We also have a bar downstair serving traditional Vietnamese drinks, health enhancing beverages and variety of wines.
